1. Scope and Acceptance
These Terms govern use of https://randbimportu.shop and purchases made through its checkout. References to we, us, or our concern the business operating randbimportu.shop. Customer communications may be sent to info@randbimportu.shop. Please read these Terms alongside the Return and Refund Policy, Shipping and Delivery Policy, Privacy Policy, and Legal Notice before purchasing.
Browsing the site does not waive consumer rights or constitute consent to optional tracking. A purchase is subject to the terms properly presented for that purchase. Mandatory Spanish and European Union protections apply regardless of any inconsistent wording in these Terms.
2. Eligibility and Accurate Details
Place orders only if you can lawfully enter into the transaction or have the necessary authorisation. Provide accurate contact and delivery information and review it before submitting checkout. If ordering for another person, ensure that you can provide the recipient's details for fulfilment. You are responsible for protecting account credentials where accounts are available and should notify us of suspected unauthorised account use.
3. Product Information
Product descriptions, available options, and specifications are shown on the relevant product page. Review dimensions, materials, compatibility, and safety information that matter to your purchase. Screen and lighting differences may affect image appearance, but goods must still conform to the agreed description and mandatory standards. Ask us before purchase if a material feature is unclear. We do not silently substitute products or treat a materially different item as equivalent without your agreement.
4. Prices and Taxes
The currency and total payable are displayed at checkout. Consumer prices include applicable taxes where required, and any permitted additional charge must be clearly disclosed before submission. All accepted orders include free standard shipping without a minimum purchase requirement. Optional additional services, if available, require an express choice and clearly displayed price.
Discount terms apply as disclosed for the offer. A comparison price must represent a lawful and substantiated reference rather than a fictional saving. Promotions do not remove withdrawal or conformity rights. Once an order is accepted, we do not unilaterally increase its agreed price.
5. Placing an Order and Contract Formation
Select the available goods, review your basket, enter the required details, choose an available payment method, and submit the final checkout step indicating an obligation to pay. Checkout permits you to review and correct entries before submission. An initial order-received message acknowledges receipt; unless it expressly confirms acceptance, our contract is formed when we send an acceptance or dispatch confirmation. Any earlier binding acceptance communicated at checkout remains effective.
If we cannot accept an order because of genuine unavailability, an unresolved payment issue, legal restrictions, or a substantiated security concern, we will notify you and refund any amount collected for the unaccepted order. We will not use this provision to avoid an already binding contract contrary to consumer law. Keep the order confirmation and relevant policy information as your transaction record; you may request a copy from us.
6. Payments
Use one of the payment methods displayed at checkout. Availability can depend on provider and location. You must be entitled to use the chosen method. Providers may perform proportionate authentication and security checks. Do not email card numbers, security codes, or passwords. If payment is unsuccessful, contact the provider or us as appropriate; do not repeatedly submit a transaction without checking whether payment was taken.
7. Processing and Delivery
The estimated delivery period is 15–20 calendar days from order placement, including usual processing of 1–2 business days. A calendar day includes weekends; processing business days exclude weekends and relevant public holidays. This is an estimated total period, and processing is not added again to it. Accepted delivery locations and any relevant service limitations must be disclosed before purchase.
Tracking details are supplied when available after dispatch. We remain responsible for resolving fulfilment problems with our chosen providers. Goods remain at our risk until received by you or your designated recipient, subject to lawful exceptions for a carrier independently commissioned by you. The Shipping and Delivery Policy explains delays, address issues, and non-delivery remedies.
8. Withdrawal, Returns, and Refunds
Consumers generally have a 14-day statutory withdrawal period, subject to applicable exceptions. We also provide a 30-day voluntary return service for eligible goods under the Return and Refund Policy. Statutory withdrawal can be exercised by a clear email to info@randbimportu.shop without waiting for approval. Refunds follow the applicable legal deadlines; administrative review cannot restart those deadlines.
There is no restocking fee. Change-of-mind return transport costs may be borne by the customer only as properly disclosed and permitted by law. Necessary costs for remedies arising from defective or incorrect goods are handled by us. Read the Return and Refund Policy for routing, product condition, and refund details.
9. Conformity and Safety
Nothing in these Terms limits the mandatory legal guarantees applicable to physical goods. We do not disclaim responsibility for defects, misdescription, product safety, or the statutory remedies available to consumers. Follow supplied use and safety instructions, and do not continue using a product that appears unsafe. Contact us if you become aware of a safety concern so we can explain appropriate steps.
Any separately offered commercial warranty supplements statutory rights. Its provider, duration, and conditions must be stated in the relevant warranty information; an unspecified warranty is not promised by these Terms.
10. Website Use
Use the site lawfully and without interfering with its operation. Do not upload malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, misuse another person's identity, manipulate checkout fraudulently, or send unlawful or abusive content. We may take proportionate steps to protect the service or restrict proven misuse. Such steps do not permit us to retain money for goods we fail to supply or deny a legitimate consumer claim.
11. Intellectual Property and Submissions
Store content, including text, layout, images, and branding, is protected where applicable by intellectual property law and the rights of relevant owners. You may use the site for ordinary browsing and purchasing. Commercial reproduction requires appropriate permission or another lawful basis. Third-party marks do not imply an affiliation beyond what is expressly and accurately stated.
If review or submission functions are offered, submit only content you are entitled to provide. You retain ownership of your original content and permit necessary display and administration for the purpose of your submission. We do not require an unrestricted transfer of ownership. Unlawful content or unnecessary personal information may be removed, and genuine critical feedback is not excluded merely because it is negative.
12. External Services and Availability
Shopify supplies the commerce platform. Independently operated payment services and external websites may have their own terms for their services. We remain accountable for our sales obligations and cannot avoid them by referring you solely to a third party. Occasional maintenance or interruptions may occur. If an interruption affects an order or payment, contact us so the transaction can be checked.
13. Errors and Changes
We may correct genuine website errors and update information for future orders. A material error affecting an existing order will be communicated, and any proposed correction requiring your agreement will not be imposed unilaterally. Changes to these Terms apply prospectively unless a lawful and expressly agreed change governs an existing transaction.
14. Responsibility and Unavoidable Events
We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable responsibility for personal injury, fraud, or mandatory consumer remedies. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not remove obligations to deliver conforming goods or provide a legally due refund. Unavoidable disruptions may affect performance, but they do not create an indefinite right to retain your payment without supplying the order.
15. Complaints, Applicable Law, and Courts
Email info@randbimportu.shop with your order reference and a description of the concern. We will review the facts and explain our proposed resolution. You may also use competent consumer authorities and applicable dispute-resolution routes. No unverified claim of membership in an arbitration scheme is made.
These Terms are interpreted consistently with applicable Spanish consumer law. Any choice of law cannot deprive a consumer of mandatory protections available under otherwise applicable law. Court jurisdiction is determined by applicable rules; consumers are not required to surrender lawful access to their competent local courts.
16. Severability and Contact
If a provision is unenforceable, it is not binding to that extent, and the remaining provisions continue where legally possible. Mandatory law prevails over inconsistent store wording.
